Se viene el frío!!! Que hay que comer para no enfermarse.

El otoño es una muy buena época para empezar a comer alimentos que nos aumenten nuestras defensas y nos den más energía para protegernos del frio.

Estos son algunos de los alimentos que no deben faltar en nuestra dieta en otoño y durante el invierno

Frutas cítricas: mandarina, naranja, pomelo y limón. Nos aportan gran cantidad de vitamina C, son los mejores aliados para protegernos contra el resfrío y la gripe, porque refuerzan nuestro sistema inmunológico y nos protegen de las afecciones que pueden llegar del exterior. También los cítricos nos ayudan a asimilar correctamente el hierro, fortaleciendo nuestro organismo y haciéndolo más resistente a las agresiones externas. Nos aportan antioxidantes que evitan los efectos que los radicales libres pueden causar sobre nuestro organismo.

Cebolla: Sabías que comer una cebolla por día te disminuye el colesterol y fortalece las defensas? También es un vegetal buenísimo para estimular la circulación.

Soja: Tanto los brotes como sus productos derivados (tofu, harina, leche, jugos) contienen una de las proteínas más nutritivas y completas que existen.

Ajo: Es ideal para fortalecer el sistema inmunitario y protegernos contra la gripe porque estimula la producción de anticuerpos.

Té verde: Usado en la medicina china para reforzar la inmunidad. Toma 2 tazas de este por día para tener tus defensas bien altas.

Alimentos ricos en vitamina C: las frutillas, kiwis, frambuesas, el pimiento verde, el perejil, la repollitos de Bruselas, melón, tomate, espárragos, papas, ananá y banana.

Alimentos ricos en Zinc: Son ideales para fortalecer las defensas: hígado, mariscos, carne de vaca, cerdo, cordero, pollo, leche, yema de huevo, pan, cereales integrales y germen de trigo.

Granola: Este típico cereal de invierno te aportará energía y cualidades nutritivas indispensables para mantener altas nuestras defensas.

Frutos secos: Son imprescindibles tanto para esta época como para el invierno. Hay una gran variedad como las nueces de distintos tipo, las castañas, avellanas, almendras, pistachos. Nos aportan gran cantidad de nutrientes como minerales, hidratos de carbono de gran calidad que nos aportan energía para combatir el frío, ácidos grasos de un alto valor biológico y una gran cantidad de vitaminas y proteínas.

NO consumir alimentos fritos, margarina y todo los que contenga ácidos grasos “trans” porque pueden interferir en el buen funcionamiento de las células inmunes y los glóbulos blancos. Pero si, hay que incluir en la dieta alimentos grasos como salmón, atún, sardina, anchoa, trucha, pez espada y aceite de oliva o de linaza.

Todos estos alimentos, igual que las paltas, las legumbres y las verduras de hoja verde, contienen ácidos omega-3 y otras grasas saludables, vitaminas y minerales, que mejoran el funcionamiento de las células inmunes mejorando sus membranas y permitiendo que detecten mejor los gérmenes. Por lo que nos van a ayudar a mantenernos sanos, con las defensas altas y evitaran que nos enfermemos.

Uf Por más que miro paginas no encuentro nada convenido,bueno al menos esta no me prohibe comer no me controlo bien pero no hay nada, que podamos hacer contra el frio deberiamos invernar como los osos, asi ahorra riamos un poco de energía que falta hace, no se algo se me tiene que ocurrir para no morir de pánico cada vez que me quito la ropa para cambiarme o para ducharme,es horrible solo de pensarlo ya vere haber que se me ocurre dicen que de ningún cobarde se a escrito nunca nada en fin buenos días fríos
