Cocinando con Jimena Monteverde en Cucharita cucharón

Hoy estuve en el programa de Jimena en Magazine, me divertí muchísimo y aprendí a hacer un pan exquisito de maíz y una mermelada dietética riquísima que hoy les voy a pasar la receta.

Estuvimos recordando nuestro viaje a San Martín de los Andes en Octubre, cuando viajamos para Aromas y Sabores, el evento anual que realiza Puentes de Luz, con el objetivo de recaudar fondos para la construcción del centro de día, que era el sueño por el cual bailaba Jimena en Showmatch.

A pesar de haber sido eliminada, ella quedó muy comprometida con la causa, por lo que estamos todos muy agradecidos. Todos estaban felices de conocer a Jimena y un grupo de mamás organizó un te para que Jimena conociera a algunos de los chicos

En Febrero estaremos haciendo el “3 Volcán de Superación” y seguramente estará acompañándonos aunque sea hasta el Refugio Bim.

Volviendo al programa de hoy, Jimena es muy divertida, siempre sale con alguna ocurrencia o chiste de doble sentido y es una excelente cocinera. Las dos recetas que mostró son muy fáciles de hacer y riquísimas.

Les paso la receta de la mermelada.


500 grs de frutillas

3 cucharadas de edulcorante líquido, ojo! en polvo no sirve porque al hervirlo toma feo gusto.

1 sobre de gelatina sin sabor

Ponen las frutillas en una cacerola, las aplastan bien y le agregan el edulcorante líquido.

Disuelven el contenido de un sobre de gelatina sin sabor en un poco de agua y lo mezclan con las frutillas.

Lo cocinan a fuego suave durante 30 minutos revolviendo cada tanto para que no se pegue.

Cuando ya esta listo lo ponen en frascos de vidrio y cuando esta lleno le dan unos golpecitos para que salga todo el aire, porque como no tiene conservantes, si queda alguna burbuja puede juntar bacterias y ponerse fea.

Lo tapan bien y ponen a hervir una cacerola con agua y dentro ponen los frascos bien cerrados, el agua tiene que llegar hasta 1 cm antes de la tapa. Los dejan 20 minutos hirviendo y ya está, tienen una riquísima mermelada dietética de frutillas.
