10 Tips para cuidar tu piel.

Nada más importante si queremos tener una piel espléndida, que seguir una rutina de cuidado diario.

Nuestra piel es la que nos va a acompañar a lo largo de nuestras vidas y lo mejor que podemos hacer por ella es dedicarle al menos 10 minutos por día para mantenerla bien.

Lo primero que hay que hacer es averiguar qué tipo de piel tenemos para poder comprar los productos específicos para nuestro tipo de piel. Cuántas veces nos pasa que vamos a una perfumería y compramos una crema porque nos gustó lo que decía su publicidad y resulta que no era la que nuestra piel necesita.

 Tips:

  1. Limpieza – Todas las mañana, al levantarnos, así como nos lavamos los dientes, limpiarnos la piel con una crema de limpieza, ya que de esta forma, ayuda a remover las impurezas que libera nuestra piel durante la noche.
  2. Tónico – Luego pasar el tónico para eliminar los restos de la crema y tonificar tu piel.  De esta forma estará lista para que los productos que uses penetren más fácilmente y mejor.
  3. Suero – Aplicar un suero cosmético. El suero es un concentrado de activos que actúa directamente en las capas más profundas de la piel reparando la arruga, la flacidez, nutriendo o hidratando, según el tipo de suero que necesites. Los sueros son de absorción rápida y después de aplicarlos hay que dar pequeños golpecitos para activar la circulación de la sangre y de este modo penetran mejor.
  4. Crema – Aplicar sobre el suero la crema hidratante con factor de protección si es a la mañana, o nutritiva si es a la noche. Siempre sobre el suero debe ir la crema porque es la que nos va a proteger de los factores externos como el frío, el viento, el sol, etc. No olvidarse del cuello.
  5. Tratamiento – Una vez por semana hacerse algún tratamiento intensivo en consultorio como puntas de diamantes, radiofrecuencia, mesoterapia, etc. Si no podés ir a un centro de estética, te recomiendo que te hagas una exfoliación y que después te pongas una mascarilla para darle a la piel elasticidad, nutrirla e hidratarla
  6. Dieta – Llevar una dieta equilibrada, consumir muchas frutas, verduras y agregar las semillas que le darán a tu piel muchos de los nutrientes que necesita para estar saludable.
  7. Hidratarse– Es importantísimo no solamente para la piel, sino para todo el cuerpo, tomar mucha agua. Lo ideal es tomar entre 2 y 3 litros por día. La epidermis es la parte superficial de la piel y es la que regula la hidratación cutanea.  Si no tomamos suficiente agua, esto se refleja en la piel, dando un aspecto seco y agrietado.
  8. Dormir – Dormir entre 7 a 8 horas hará que tu piel se vea mucho mejor. Durante la noche, los procesos celulares llegan a su máximo nivel de producción y reconstrucción de colágeno y elastina y la piel despierta con nueva energía.
  9. Vida sana – llevar una vida sana sin excesos.
  10. Sol – Es importantísimo proteger a tu piel del sol. Aunque sea invierno hay que usar cremas de día con factor de protección.

A la noche, un rato antes de irte a dormir y aunque no estés maquillada, repetí los Tips 1, 2, 3 y 4  y acordate mi consejo, si dormís con tu marido o con tu pareja, ponete el suero y la crema una vez que él se haya dormido o sino una hora antes de acostarte así los productos ya penetraron y no te reclamará el olor o el gusto de la crema!!
